Why Should You Prefer Dry Cleaning Method For Your Carpets?

Many home owners want the shampooing method using steam and water for cleaning their carpets but it doesn't always show favorable results in fact excess of the detergent chemicals and steaming can harm the fabric of the carpet as well.


 If you are living in the climate of high moisture and humidity or suffering through any kind of allergies then steaming the carpet is not the right choice for you. You will never be able to reduce its dampness even its fully dry. And if you start using the carpet with a little dampness in it, this might not be good for your home environment. As it will cause more humidity and enhance the favorable conditions for growth of germs and allergens. On the other hand, Carpets cleaning by using dry cleaning method work for high humid areas where the dampness will not cause other allergens in air.  Dry cleaning machines by using Eco-friendly products lead to the better results after cleaning. It doesn't cause any dampness in carpet and provide you the best quality results without damaging the fiber of the carpet.


Dry cleaning process is instant because you do not have to wait for days to dry your carpet especially when you have to use it instantly. Oh the other hand, whilst drying process, the carpet may encounter with the new dust and dirt as you have to put it in open for air. It will be cleaned as much as you want it to be. 
Dry cleaning is the fastest mean to clean your carpet especially for the carpets made up of delicate and natural fibers. This method reduces the chances of shrinkage, as well as preventing the aforementioned mold. That is way most of the carpet manufacturers recommend their clients to use dry cleaning methods for cleaning their carpets.


There are many types of dry carpet cleaning but two of them are in common. The quickest and driest way to clean a carpet is by using dry chemical absorbents.  The chemical absorbents are spread thoroughly onto the carpet and then leave the carpet for 30 minutes. After that the carpets is vacuumed deeply and thoroughly. All the dirt and oily grim will be sucked up by the absorbent beads whilst vacuuming the carpet. This is one of the quickest ways of dry cleaning but it shows only satisfactory results.  The benefit of using this method is time saving and cost effective.


The second method of dry cleaning is known for its low moisture usage. The chemical absorbents are mixed with some water making it a bit moist. Then this mixture is sprinkled over the carpet thoroughly leaving it there for few hours making it a bit damp with chemical absorbents. After that a special machine is being agitated over the carpets. The purpose of this machine is to deep clean the carpet absorbing every dirt particle along with oily grim. This process is called “encapsulation”. This is the best way of dry carpet cleaning without leaving any dirt and stains. The chemicals are organic and it doesn't harmful to fabric whereas the chemicals are antiseptic in nature killing the germs and allergens.
